McLean-based Digital Intelligence Systems LLC (DISYS) has acquired Princeton Information, a New York-based staffing agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
DISYS is an IT consulting and managed services firm with 33 offices in the United States and abroad.
Princeton Information, based in North Massapequa, N.Y., has locations in the United States and India. The company was founded in 1985 and currently has nearly 500 employees in the U.S.
With this acquisition, DISYS will add more than 40 clients to its list of Fortune 500 companies. The move will help it gain a stronger presence in the New York area and the financial services industry.
