Marina Villa’s LLC bought a 2.8-acre site at 8150 Shore Drive in Norfolk for $2.36 million, city property records show.

Marina Villa’s is tied to Portsmouth development firm Waverton Associates Inc. Waverton could not be immediately reached for comment Monday.

The seller in the deal was 8412 Shore Drive Development LLC, which lists its principal address in Norfolk. The firm bought the Shore Drive property in 2015 for $1.2 million, according to city records.

S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co.’s Bill Overman and John Wessling represented the seller in the deal.
