Mid-Atlantic Maritime Academy has leased 20,833 square feet at 5301 Robin Hood Road in Norfolk Commerce Park II in Norfolk.
The three-story, Class A office building is located a mile from Norfolk International Airport. Amenities include an onsite café, onsite management and access to the area’s interstates.
Perry Frazer and Matt Wilbricht of CBRE|Hampton Roads represented the landlord, Norfolk Commerce Park II, while Don Crigger, also of CBRE|Hampton Roads, represented the tenant.
