6969 Tidewater LLC has purchased a 167,000-square-foot distribution property in Norfolk for $5 million as an investment.

The property at 6969 Tidewater Drive is located on 15.29 acres.

The seller was 6969 TWD LLC. Tom Dana of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.

Stephanie Sanker of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. in Norfolk represented the buyer in the transaction.
