Seguin’s global supply chain and logistics expertise as former president of UPS Global Freight Forwarding has served her well as CEO of Good360, a nonprofit that gathers essential goods and distributes them to nonprofits. The organization, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, distributed more than $2.5 billion in essential items in 2022.
In her role at UPS, Seguin oversaw the coordination and shipment of goods and brokerage and supplier management in 220 countries and territories around the world. She started her career at UPS as a part-time hub supervisor in her hometown of St. Louis.
Seguin chairs the board of trustees of William Woods University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing management, and she holds an MBA from Webster University.
HOW I CHOSE MY CAREER: In 1983 I saw an ad in the paper that UPS was hiring. I was brought on to unload trailers during the overnight shift. Within six weeks, I was asked to become manager, and the rest is history.
