Three single-story office buildings in Newport News, totaling 16,459 square feet, have sold for $1 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, J. Clyde Properties LLC purchased the 1.5-acre property on on J. Clyde Morris Boulevard as an investment.. Thalhimer's Kenneth Penrose, Jr. handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, J. Clyde Morris Co. LLC. Thalhimer will continue to provide leasing and management services to the new ownership.
