Sandpiper LLC purchased about 2.1 acres of land near the Virginia Beach Town Center from Jerry J. Collier for $1 million to build a hotel.


According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the new owner plans to construct a Value Place Hotel at the site at 4800 – 4802 Alicia Drive in Virginia Beach.
Janet Whitbeck of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of seller.
