Economic consulting firm Nathan Associates is moving its headquarters in Rosslyn.
Nathan Associates will occupy 30,000 square feet the building, which is located at 1777 N. Kent St. The building, two blocks from the Rosslyn Metro station, has recently undergone renovations, including a new lobby, common areas, and a fitness center.
The firm will occupy the 14th floor of the building, as well as the newly renovated penthouse space.
“We are excited about the relocation,” Lakhbir Singh, CEO of Nathan Associates, said in a statement. “The building is surrounded by amenities, offers great views of Georgetown and the monuments, and has ready access to metro, major roads, and downtown Washington.”
Ben Plaisted and Greg Scheipers with Savills Studley represented Nathan Associates. 1777 N. Kent is owned by Vornado/Charles E. Smith and Gould Property Co.
