A 26,137-square-foot, mixed-use project in Richmond has sold for $2.1 million, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
The portfolio of properties is located at 1903, 1911, 1917 W. Main Street and 9 S. Meadow St.
1911 Main St LLC purchased the buildings from Nineteen Hundred Main St LLC for as an investment. District 5 will continue to occupy the existing restaurant space.
Thalhimer’s Alicia Farrell handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser. James Ashby IV and Reilly Marchant, also with Thalhimer, handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
