Lap Lien Plaza LLC has purchased Midway Shopping Center, a 31,930-square-foot center located at 849 E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk, from P&W Enterprises Inc. for $3.45 million. Chris Zarpas and Mike Zarpas of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the seller.
In another sales transaction for Nusbaum, Colgin Properties LLC purchased a 7,233-square-foot commercial building at 1099 Independence Blvd. in Virginia Beach from Tennant Properties of Va. LLC for $3.4 million. Joseph Mersel and J.C. Wynkoop represented the buyer.
On the leasing side MCO Transport Inc. subleased 93,500 square feet of industrial space at 1400 Cavalier Blvd. in Chesapeake. Michael Myers of represented the sublessor.
Innovative Delivery Services LLC leased 24,340 square feet of industrial space at the same address as MCO Transport. Myers represented the tenant.
Bounce House extended its lease on 13,000 square feet of space at Lynnhaven Crossing Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Tyler Jacobson represented the landlord.
