Midlothian office property sells for $1.1 million

A 9,600-square-foot office building in Midlothian has sold for $1.1 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, 1230 Alverser LLC purchased the property from Metochos LLC, Daniel Real Estate LLC, and Low Floater LLC as an investment.

Signature MD, Compass MD, and HealthVisions MD will relocate to the building at 1230 Alverser Drive, joining the current tenant, Richardson & Overstreet DDS. The building is 100% leased.

Thalhimer's Jason Guillot and Nicki Jassy handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser.
