MicroAire Surgical Instruments signs lease in Charlottesville

MicroAire Surgical Instruments has signed a 23,840-square-foot lease at 2500 Austin Drive in The Jefferson Building in Charlottesville.
The company builds surgical instruments including power assisted lipoplasty devices, pneumatic SmartDrivers and sagittal saws.

The two-story, Class A Jefferson Building recently updated its interiors. Amenities include on-site security, parking, corporate cafeteria, patio dining, Frisbee golf and walking trails.
Rob Stockhausen and Carolyn Shears of CBRE|Charlottesville represented the landlord in the transaction.
