Medical building in Chesterfield County sells for $6.9 million

PAR Boulders LLC has purchased a 33,560-square-foot medical office building from Acclaim Boulders LLC for $6.9 million. Par Boulders, which previously had leased its space, will continue to occupy it, according to Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer, which announced the sale.

The building is located at 1000 Boulders Parkway in the Boulders Office Park in Chesterfield County.

Thalhimer’s Birck Turnbull handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
