MCR has acquired the SpringHIll Suites Fairfax Fair Oaks.
MCR bought the 140-room hotel for $18.25 million, according to Fairfax County property records.
The hotel received a $1.4 million renovation last year.
The property is located at 11191 Waples Mill Road, 20 minutes from Dulles International Airport.
The hotel includes 140 suites, a 24-hour fitness center and heated indoor pool and an outside patio with fountain and fire pit.
MCR is the seventh-largest hotel owner-operator in the country and has invested in and developed 104 hotel properties with more than 12,000 rooms in 27 states.
