McLean-based Novetta Solutions LLC has acquired SigInt Technologies LLC, a Columbia, Md.-based digital signal processing and intelligence analysis solutions company.
Novetta said the acquisition gives it an important new technical capability as a provider of advanced analytics for the intelligence community.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
SigInt, founded in 2005, will be integrated into Novetta’s Cyber SIGINT and Discovery Division, which is based in Columbia.
Novetta, which has more than 500 employees, is a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm.
