McLean-based Haystax Technology Inc., a developer of analytics and cloud computing solutions, has acquired NetCentrics Corp., a Herndon-based cybersecurity and network management company.
Haystax said the combined company will have annual revenue of more than $100 million. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
NetCentrics will operate as a subsidiary of Haystax, maintaining its current brand, employee base and customer portfolio.

Haystax said the deal positions it as a premier high-tech provider, specializing in big- data analytics, cloud computing, real-time threat assessment, cybersecurity and IT enterprise management for defense, intelligence and commercial markets.
Together the companies have offices in Northern Virginia; Northern California; Raleigh, N.C.; and Sierra Vista, Ariz.
