Matrix Group International Inc. has renewed an 11,591-square-foot lease for its headquarters at 2711 Jefferson Davis Highway in Arlington.
Matrix will continue to occupy the entire top floor of the 12-story, 134,297-square-foot office building.
Peter Gottesman and Paul Ehrenreich, both of Cresa Washington D.C.’s Bethesda location, represented the tenant in the transaction, which resulted in a two-year extension of the lease.
The landlord, Konterra Realty LLC, was represented in-house.
Cresa has area offices in Bethesda, Md., Baltimore, the District of Columbia and McLean.
