A newly announced 353,044-square-foot manufacturing and industrial facility will be the first spec building constructed at Meadowville Technology Park, which is owned by the Chesterfield County Economic Development Authority.
The project is being developed by Columbia, South Carolina-based Red Rock Developments and Stamford, Connecticut-based Westport Capital Partners LLC. It is Red Rock’s first major project in the greater Richmond region, according to a statement from Chesterfield County Economic Development.
Situated on approximately 54 acres along Digital Drive, the spec building will be marketed to manufacturing and logistics users. It will include 36-foot clear height, dock and drive-in loading, full site circulation and 185-foot truck courts. Site development will begin this spring with completion of the building slated for the fourth quarter 2021.
Mark Douglas and Graham Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will be representing Red Rock for leasing the building.
