A newly announced 353,044-square-foot and facility will be the first spec building constructed at Meadowville Technology Park, which is owned by the County Authority.

The project is being developed by Columbia, South Carolina-based Red Rock Developments and Stamford, Connecticut-based Westport Capital Partners LLC. It is Red Rock’s first major project in the greater Richmond region, according to a statement from Economic Development.

Situated on approximately 54 acres along Digital Drive, the spec building will be marketed to manufacturing and users. It will include 36-foot clear height, dock and drive-in loading, full site circulation and 185-foot truck courts. Site development will begin this spring with completion of the building slated for the fourth quarter 2021.

Mark Douglas and Graham Stoneburner of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer will be representing Red Rock for leasing the building.
