Collier has worked for ChemTreat, an industrial water treatment company owned by Danaher, two different times. His first stint was from 2012 to 2018, when he was in the marketing department. He left to become president of Danaher subsidiary McCrometer, a California-based flow meter manufacturer, and returned to ChemTreat in 2020 as senior vice president of marketing and technology. He became president of ChemTreat, one of the nation’s largest specialty chemical manufacturers, in 2021.
Founded in 1968 as a regional supplier of water-treatment products, ChemTreat was acquired by Danaher in 2007 and employs about 2,000 people in Canada, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia and Brazil. The company’s customers include food and beverage companies, health care facilities, chemical manufacturers, oil and gas processors, and many others.
Collier has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. He served in the Army from 2004 to 2008 and was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.
