MacAulay-Brown, Inc., a provider of advanced engineering services for the Department of Defense and other federal agencies, has leased 13,000 square feet of office space at the Pheasant Ridge Office Park off Route 220 in Roanoke.

The relocation from the company’s current address at 1 Riverside Circle in Roanoke to an entire floor at 4415 Pheasant Ridge Road includes a custom build-out to suit its needs for safety and security. The company plans to move into the office park in December.

“We’re delighted that a national company like MacAulay-Brown sees the value and convenience of Pheasant Ridge,” Hunter Smith, president and principal of Smith/Packett, said in a statement.

Pheasant Ridge is a Smith/Packett managed community. Waldvogel Commercial Properties and Cassidy-Turley represented the tenant as co-brokers.

Office park amenities include underground parking, a wellness center, and walking trail.
