Horizon Opportunities Inc. has purchased a 60,907-square-foot office building in Lynchburg for $6.1 million. The company has been a major tenant in the building, which is located on 2.5 acres at 2215 Langhorne Road.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the transaction, Horizon purchased the property for long-term occupancy and future expansion. The company is the fundraising arm for Horizon Behavioral Health.
Thalhimer’s Norman Moon handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, 22-15 Langhorne Road LLC, and George Lupton represented the buyer.
