A three-building medical office park in Loudoun County has been sold.
Avison Young, a Toronto-based commercial real estate services firm, said that the 75,191-square-foot Ashburn Farm Professional Plaza was purchased by MBRE Healthcare and Kayne Anderson Venture.
The seller of the 2-acre office park was Harrison Street Real Estate Capital LLC. The sale price was not disclosed.
Avison Young marketed the property. Leading the investment sales team were principals Jim Kornick, Mike Wilson, Chip Ryan, Erik Foster and John Kevill, as well as Executive Vice President Mark Johnson.
Avison Young’s debt team was led by principals Jon Goldstein, Wes Boatwright and Michael Yavinsky.
Ashburn Farm Professional Plaza includes three brick buildings, each three stories high with about 25,000 square feet.
The buildings were constructed from 1999 to 2002.
The office park is situated in the 1,200-acre planned mixed-use community of Ashburn Park.
