A Maryland commercial real estate firm has bought two Loudoun County buildings for $26.13 million

In the deal, Bethesda-based Finmarc Management acquired about 190,000 square feet of office and research and development space used as the global headquarters for Telos Corp.

The site includes a three-story commercial office building of just over 110,000 square feet of space and a nearly 80,000 square foot single-story industrial/R&D structure.

They are on a 26-acre site on Ashburn Road in the Ashburn area. The seller, which was not identified, was represented by Andrew Weir, Bruce Strasburg and James Meisel of HFF.

Telos Corp., a cybersecurity firm, has occupied the site since 1996. The company provides cyber, cloud and enterprise security solutions and services to commercial entities, the military, civilian and intelligence agencies of the U.S. federal government, and allied nations around the world.

Cliff Mendelson and Al Missirlian of Metropolis Capital Advisors arranged financing for Finmarc.

Finmarc owns and manages a portfolio of more than 100 properties encompassing more than 6 million square feet of space in Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania.
