Long & Foster Real Estate Inc. has acquired Bravo, a RE/MAX franchise specializing in residential real estate in Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg and Stafford.
Bravo holds the No. 4 position in the Fredericksburg area and employs more than 40 people. The company was founded in 2009 by Jane Wallace and Kevin McGrath. The Bravo team will operate out of out of Long & Foster’s Fredericksburg office located at 1910 William St.
Wallace and McGrath have accepted positions with Long & Foster. Wallace will assist in the transition for Bravo’s agents, and McGrath will join the Fredericksburg leadership team as the new sales manager.
