Ray Fisher will join Richmond-based LifeSpire of Virginia as chief operating officer on Nov. 27.
LifeSpire manages four continuing care retirement communities in Virginia.
Fisher has more than 25 years’ experience at the executive level working for large for-profit firms and senior-living organizations.
He has been involved in senior living since 2001, holding positions such as CFO, CEO and adviser.
Fisher has been part of many senior-living expansion projects, the most recent of which involved the creation of a short-term recovery and rehab center.
He is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College, and he earned a master’s degree in finance degree from the University of Baltimore.
Fisher is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs.
