Liberty Property Trust reports renewals and new leases in Hampton Roads

Lease renewals have dominated Liberty Property Trust’s first quarter in the Hampton Roads market. The company said it executed three renewals totaling 21,408 square feet. The largest transaction was for Tidewater Mortgage, which signed for 16,842 square feet at the Reflections II building in Virginia Beach.

Three new leases totaling 12,242 square feet included a transaction with Liberty American Mechanics Association for 9,712 square feet of office space at Lakefront Plaza in Hampton.
