Lewis Gale Medical Center renewed its lease of 30,000 square feet at 1121 Intervale Drive in Salem. Kent Roberts and Matt Gaziano of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

In other deals for Thalhimer in western Virginia, Dawgs Gym LLC (Roanoke Academy of Gymnastics) leased 16,045 square feet in Fort Hill Shopping Center at 6015 Fort Ave. in Lynchburg. . Norman Moon and George Lupton handled the lease negotiations.

Pet Supply Plus leased 9,048 square feet in Spartan Square at 1439 W. Main St. in Salem. John K. Nielsen and Gaziano handled the lease negotiations.
