Leidos names senior vice president for corporate development

Randy E. Phillips has been named senior vice president for corporate development at Reston-based Leidos, a Fortune 500 IT, engineering, scientific solutions and services company.

Phillips will lead the strategic development and execution of Leidos' growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions and related activities.

He was senior vice president for corporate development at Ellucian Inc.

Phillips has led transactions in 20 countries totaling more than $40 billion in value.
