Reston contractor will help modernize NSA's Technical Signals Intelligence mission

Reston-based Fortune 500 government contractor Leidos Holdings Inc. won a National Security Agency contract with a ceiling of $300 million, the company announced Wednesday.
Under the five-year single award contract, Leidos will provide development and modernization efforts to support the NSA’s Technical Signals Intelligence (TechSIGINT) mission.
“We’re proud to continue our support of the TechSIGINT community – providing innovations and deploying efficient and effective capabilities and technologies,” Leidos Intelligence Group President Roy Stevens said in a statement. “By leveraging our technical, engineering and software expertise, our teams will work to advance NSA’s TechSIGINT modernization efforts.”
Leidos will develop and deploy new systems that use cloud architecture and standardized NSA corporate infrastructures to help modernize TechSIGINT, supporting collection, production and analysis capabilities.
Leidos employs 40,000 people and reported $12.3 billion in revenue for the fiscal year that ended Jan. 1.
