LTD Management Co. LLC has purchased two acres in Charlottesville from The Daniel Group Inc. for $1.2 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the sale, the buyer plans to construct a hotel on the site located within Hollymead Towne Center on Timberwood Boulevard.
Thalhimer’s David Butchello and David Smith handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, and Butchello also represented the buyer in the transaction. Butchello, vice president, hospitality, at Thalhimer, said the buyer is not ready to name the hotel that will locate to the site.
