The Humanities Group has purchased five acres of land at 1910 Fine St. in Hopewell from James L. Clayton Enterprises Inc. for $1.2 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the broker in the transaction, the buyer plans to develop residential apartments at the site.
Dawn F.Griggs of Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
