Kris Knepper joins CBRE|Hampton Roads as a vice president

CBRE| Hampton Roads has hired Kris Knepper to join its investment properties team as a vice president.

A commercial real estate professional for more than 11 years, Knepper has experience in commercial construction, development, acquisition and finance.
In his new position, he will help buyers and sellers meet tinvestment property goals.

Knepper received his bachelor's degree in mathematics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa., and he has a master's degree from Old Dominion University in Norfolk. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
