Kmart property in Chesapeake sells for $3 million.

Kin Properties has sold a parcel on South Military Highway in Chesapeake, currently occupied by Kmart and Sears Outlet, for $3 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the broker for the transaction, an affiliate of the Kotarides family purchased the property at 2001 S. Military Highway as an investment.

David Machupa and Chris Good of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
