Armada Hoffler Properties Inc. said Tuesday that Kim LiPira has joined the Virginia-Beach based real estate investment trust (REIT) as its business development executive.
Operating out of the company’s Baltimore office, LiPira will oversee efforts to build market position in the greater Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area.
Her responsibilities will focus on identifying and pursuing business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
LiPira comes to Armada Hoffler from Safway Services, a scaffold and service provider, where she served as business development and marketing manager. Before joining Safway Services, LiPira served as director of membership at the Associated Builders & Contractors based in Washington, D.C., for three years.
