Keys Hospitality leases 160,734-square-foot hotel property in Williamsburg

Keys Hospitality LLC has leased the 250-room, 160,734-square-foot Lexington George Washington Inn & Conference Center in Williamsburg.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the company completed several upgrades to the property at 500 Merrimac Trail and rebranded it as a Ramada Inn.  
The company was sold in 2013 to Janco Development LLC.

David Butchello of Thalhimer’s Newport News office handled lease negotiations on behalf of the seller.
