South has more than 14 years of experience in retail brokerage and development. At CBRE|Richmond, he will work with institutional and regional property owners to develop and implement leasing strategies for power centers, grocery anchored centers and mixed-used properties. South also is active in the occupier arena and provides site selection and consulting services to multi-market retailers and development companies.
