Kemper Properties purchases two industrial buildings in Covington

Kemper Properties Inc. has purchased two connecting industrial buildings in Covington from Dominion Properties LLC for $2.6 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the deal, the company already owned an adjacent building and has been leasing the other two buildings located at 308 W. Thacker Rd.

Kemper will continue to use the property for the storage and distribution of paper products for MeadWestvaco.

Ralph William of Cushman & Wakefield handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
