Matthew L. Austin has been named a managing director at Keiter Advisors, the merger and acquisition specialist group at Glen Allen-based Keiter.
In his new role, Austin will provide corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private-equity and analytics services to a variety of industries.
Before joining Keiter Advisors, he was the leader of the Analytics and Financial Planning & Analysis team at NewMarket Corp.
Austin received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
