Jones Lang LaSalle’s Richmond office has completed nearly 64,000 square feet of tenant representation and agency leasing transactions. The largest deal was for Bostwick Laboratories in a 43,409-square-foot lease extension at 4355 Innslake Drive in Glen Allen. Charles Polk and Jimmy Appich represented Bostwick.
In another deal, Polk and Appich represented Chevy Chase Land Co. in a 9,572-square-foot lease expansion with Nextten-Stauer at 7204 Glen Forest Drive in Richmond.
