John Marshall adds new director

Mike Garcia, the president of Mike Garcia Construction Inc. in Prince William County, has joined the board of directors of Reston-based John Marshall Bank.

Garcia established his business in 1981. He was a director at Cardinal Bank and served on its loan committee until its acquisition by United Bank last year.

Garcia is chairman of the Prince William County Commercial Development Committee.
