The Hampton Roads office of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) recently completed 269,767 square feet of tenant representation and agency leasing deals.
The largest lease transaction, representing more than 40 percent of the space, was a 152,600-square-foot renewal for Eska Graphic Board USA B.V. The producer and supplier of graphic board for items such as hardcover books, files, diaries and albums, is staying at its Chesapeake office located at Diamond Hill I, 1910 Campostella Road. Gregg Christoffersen represented the tenant.
In another deal, Maureen Rooks represented Plymkraft in a 80,000-square-foot lease at 281 Picketts Line in Newport News. Christoffersen represented Continental Picketts Line LLC, owner of 281 Picketts Line.
