JLL has completed several transactions in the Hampton Roads market totalling 160,132 square feet. The transactions include the following:
Roof Services Group renewed its lease for 45,000 square feet at 1140 Azalea Garden Road in Norfolk. Gregg Christoffersen and Erin Corrie of JLL represented the tenant.
U.S. Port Services leased 40,000 square feet at 3050 Elmhurst Ave. in Portsmouth. Christoffersen and Corrie of JLL represented the tenant.
SunTrust Bank renewed a 14,000- square-foot lease at 11817 Canon Blvd. in Newport News. Deborah Stearns of JLL represented the landlord.
USI Insurance leased about 13,000 square feet in the World Trade Center, 101 W. Main St., Norfolk. Wes Edwards and Stearns of JLL represented the landlord.
