JLL reports Richmond transactions totaling more than 81,000 square feet

JLL has completed several recent transactions in the Richmond market totaling 81,326 square feet. The transactions include the following:

TENANT REPRESENTATION
· The Advisory Board Company leased 31,744 square feet at 1460 E. Parham Road in Richmond. Charlie Polk and Ned Roberts represented the tenant.
· Ferguson Enterprises leased 14,455 square feet at 4825 Bethlehem Road in Richmond. Scott Keeton and Danny Holly represented the tenant.

AGENCY LEASING
· McKesson Corp. leased 10,880 square feet at 5612-5614 Charles City Circle in Richmond. Jacob Servinsky and Chris Avellana represented the landlord.
