Government contractor Akima will occupy 70,000 square feet in Dulles View’s South Tower in Herndon.
The firm will occupy the sixth, seventh and eighth floors, It is scheduled to move into the space in July 2019. The lease will bring the South Tower to nearly full occupancy.

It’s a very desirable option for tenants looking to be near the Dulles Toll Road, Dulles International Airport and the future Innovation Center Metro Station.”
The LEED-certified twin office towers offer views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a state-of-the-art conference center and fitness facility and complimentary transportation to and from Innovation Center Metro Station.
JLL’s Cresce, David Goldstein and Matt Owens represented Gemini Rosemont, owners of the Dulles View towers. CBRE’s Warren Mayberry, Meghan Walters and Cathy Delcoco represented Akima in the transaction.
