Jaymack Properties to move manufacturing division to Newport News

Jaymack Properties LLC has purchased a 39,200-square-foot manufacturing warehouse facility in Newport News so it can move its manufacturing division from Southbury, Conn. to Virginia.

The seller of the four-acre property at 251 Enterprise Drive was Eastern Machine Properties LLC. The price was not disclosed.

Dawn F. Griggs of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and seller.
