Irongate Village Shopping Center in Chesterfield sells for $4.4 million

Pratt Street Capital LLC has purchased Irongate Village Shopping Center in Chesterfield County for $4.4 million as an investment.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which represented Pratt Street in the transaction, the 57,830-square-foot retail center located at 6401 Iron Bridge Place was purchased from YED Properties LLC.

Thalhimer’s Connie Jordan Nielsen handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer. Thalhimer also has been awarded the exclusive leasing of available space at the center.
