Inovvo, a wireless network analytics company, has completed its acquisition of comScore's wireless solutions division.
The deal includes comScore's Subscriber Analytix platform.
Both Inovvo and comScore are based in Reston.
Financial details about the transaction were not disclosed.
Inovvo now services all Subscriber Analytix clients, including Tier 1 communication service providers in North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. Inovvo retains the licensing rights to the proprietary technology and data that were utilized as part of the platform.
Inovvo is led by president and CEO Joseph Khalil, who previously worked at comScore.
