Industrial building in Spotsylvania County sells for $2.02 million

A 57,600-square-foot industrial building in Spotsylvania County has been sold for $2.02 million.

The commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced that the MCK Co. sold Building A in McK Business Park located at 3000 Mine Road.

The Lester Group Inc. purchased the industrial property as an investment.

Wilson H. Greenlaw Jr. and Virgil Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled negotiations on behalf of the seller.
