An industrial building in Norfolk sold for $5 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Thursday.
The 86,732-square-foot building located at 3501 E. Princess Anne Road sits on 2.8 acres in Norfolk Industrial Park. The building is 33% leased to organic spices, herbs and botanicals manufacturer American Botanicals.
CPORF LLC purchased the building from Norfolk 3501 Owner LLC as an owner-occupant investment. The buyer will occupy the remaining available space in the building, says Geoffrey W. Poston with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
Poston and Brett Sain of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale on behalf of the seller.
