A former Chuck E. Cheese location in Norfolk is being converted into an Indian grocery store and restaurant, according to Divaris Real Estate.
The Virginia Beach-based commercial real estate firm said Swaghat Groceries has leased 13,952 square feet of space at 920 North Military Highway in Norfolk. Divaris’ Missy Martinovich represented the tenant in the lease negotiations for the facility located at The Gallery at Military Circle.
